Christine began working in the non-profit environment when she went to work as a parish manager in Atlanta.  Her operational and technical training background led to the position of Training Coordinator for the Archdiocese of Atlanta.  As a member of the archdiocesan planning and implementation team Christine worked to develop a set of data standards, created standard operating procedures, and defined policies for the church management system.  In early 2008 Christine relocated to the Diocese of St. Petersburg to continue her work as training coordinator.  Christine works closely with all staff with in the diocesan entities to enhance technical skills through hands-on training, Webinars and tele-training, focus and user groups.

Christine is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD formerly ASTD), VP of Digital Disciple Network and serves on several advisory boards.  Christine also teaches Microsoft as adjunct faculty at St. Petersburg College,  is a current member of the DISC Board and, in her spare time, enjoys, baking and traveling the globe.  Christine has seen two thirds of the world and can’t wait to explore the remaining third.
